🥛 The Milk Sad Vulnerability Disclosed

On 8 August 2023, researchers published Milk Sad (CVE-2023-39910): the "bx seed" command in Libbitcoin Explorer 3.0.0–3.6.0 used a Mersenne Twister seeded with just 32 bits of system time. Milksad.info: "seeded with only 32 bit of system time... Same time - same 'random' wallet!" SlowMist had already traced ~$900,000 stolen.
