⚖️ SEC Sues Terraform Labs and Do Kwon

On 16 February 2023 the SEC sued Terraform Labs and Do Hyeong Kwon. The regulator alleged that from April 2018 through May 2022 they sold unregistered crypto asset securities and "perpetrated a fraudulent scheme that led to the loss of at least $40 billion of market value."
