👨‍💻 CSV (BIP 68/112/113) Activates

On July 4, 2016, at block 419,328, the BIP 68/112/113 soft fork package took effect: relative timelocks and the OP_CHECKSEQUENCEVERIFY opcode. This is the key primitive that Lightning Network payment channels are built on.
